C263 runs roughly 20% chromium, 20% cobalt, and 6% molybdenum, with titanium and aluminum added for strengthening and the balance nickel. It is solution treated and then aged, which develops high mechanical strength while keeping useful ductility. That combination is part of why it is straightforward to machine, form, and assemble. The alloy can be supplied in a range of diameters and heat-treated conditions to match the job, and its consistent composition keeps performance predictable from batch to batch.
