about-flanges
flanges-bg-1024x576

PM Industries manufactures, supplies, and stocks ASTM A182 F11 flanges, high-performance piping parts made for elevated temperature, high pressure, and corrosive service. The F11 grade is a chromium-molybdenum alloy steel, and those elements raise its mechanical strength, oxidation resistance, creep resistance, and overall durability. The flanges go into power generation, oil and gas, petrochemical, chemical processing, refineries, offshore platforms, and thermal power plants, where the connection has to stay reliable for safe, efficient operation.

The grade comes in a wide set of types, including weld neck, slip-on, socket weld, blind, threaded, lap joint, and spectacle blind, so it can meet different piping needs. Production follows ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, ASTM A182, and MSS SP-44, which keeps dimensions accurate and properties consistent. The flanges are offered in pressure classes 150, 300, 600, 900, 1500, and 2500, across a range of sizes and schedules. F11 resists thermal fatigue, stress corrosion cracking, and high-temperature oxidation, which suits steam lines, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, condensers, and high-pressure pipelines. A strong build holds leak-free joints, cuts maintenance, and supports safe operation under continuous hard service.

Quality is checked at several stages. Each flange goes through dimensional inspection, hydrostatic testing, positive material identification (PMI), hardness testing, ultrasonic testing, radiographic testing, and other non-destructive examination, all measured against customer specifications and the relevant standards. Sealing faces are available as Raised Face (RF), Ring Type Joint (RTJ), and Flat Face (FF) to match different gasket and sealing requirements.

The mix of strength, corrosion resistance, weldability, and long service life makes ASTM A182 F11 flanges a dependable, cost-effective choice for critical piping. As a manufacturer, supplier, and stockist, PM Industries ships standard and custom F11 flanges against fast quotes.
